How Espe Aesthetics is structured

• “Espe Aesthetics” is a trade name (DBA) of Areephanthu Enterprises PLLC, a Tennessee professional limited liability company. The PLLC is owned by Christopher Areephanthu, MD, a board-certified oculoplastic surgeon, who serves as the practice’s medical director and overseeing physician.
• Non-clinical management, branding, and operations are provided by Wise Management Services of TN, the practice’s management services organization, which owns the Espe Aesthetics brand and operating assets.
• This structure reflects Tennessee’s Corporate Practice of Medicine requirements: the clinical practice is physician-owned, with management provided by a separate company.

Who provides your care

• Danielle Wise, NP — the founder and sole injector — personally provides the aesthetic treatments at Espe.
• The medical director provides medical direction and oversight only. He does not personally perform aesthetic treatments at Espe and is not typically on-site. Physician oversight is not the same as treatment by the physician.

Our location

Espe Aesthetics operates within the premises of Novel Eye Care, a separate eye-care practice, as a co-tenant. Espe Aesthetics and Novel Eye Care are separate businesses; sharing a location does not make them the same practice.
