Privacy Policy
Draft — not yet final
Draft — pending review by Tennessee healthcare counsel before launch. Not the final policy.
Last updated June 25, 2026
This Privacy Policy describes how Espe Aesthetics treats information in connection with this website. It does not describe how protected health information is handled in the course of care — that is governed separately by the practice’s clinical privacy practices (see below).
Information this website collects
This is a static, informational website. It does not host a booking system, an online store, or a contact form, and it does not ask you to create an account. As a result, the site itself does not collect personal information such as your name, email, or payment details.
Booking and retail happen on other services
When you choose to book an appointment or shop skincare, you leave this website for a third-party service:
- Booking is handled by Aesthetic Record.
- Skincare retail is handled by the SkinBetter Science authorized-practice store.
Any information you provide on those services is governed by their privacy policies, not this one. We encourage you to review them.
Cookies and analytics
This website does not currently use advertising cookies or third-party analytics or tracking. If that changes, this policy will be updated to describe what is collected and why.
Health information
Any health information you share when you become a patient is handled under the practice’s clinical privacy practices and applicable law (including HIPAA, where it applies), separately from this website. (Counsel to confirm and link the practice’s Notice of Privacy Practices.)
Contact
Questions about this policy can be directed to the practice by email or phone (see the Contact page).
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The “last updated” date above reflects the most recent revision.
